You will use analytics to make decisions to drive organic traffic to our website and other points of contact on the customer journey. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing intern* or assistant, you will collaborate with management and support them with any marketing needs. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies, specifically Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Responsibilities

• Write content for website, social media, and email campaigns

• Perform market analysis and research

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

• Manage and update CRM and email lists

• Help organize internal and external marketing events

Skills (Required)

• Previous studies in a related degree or currently pursuing a related degree

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive and presence

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel

• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

• An eye for design to create engaging social media and web posts.

• Creative, outside-the-box style of thinking

• Highly driven and self-motivated

Skills (Preferred)

• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Keyword analytics, and Google Analytics)

• Familiarity with graphic design programs (Including Adobe Suite, Canva)

• Acute knowledge of the home security and automation industry

• Degree in related field
