EXPERIENCED door-to-door sales manager wanted

WISE Home Solutions is looking to bring on a local Utah sales team manager. Due to the overwhelming response from reps looking for a solid place to call home, we find ourselves suddenly in need of an experienced door-to-door sales team manager to help lead this growing group to success. Many industries that rely on door-to-door sales, like pest control, are being negatively impacted by the ongoing pandemic. The number of homeowners in financial distress currently—and possibly for months—is unprecedented! And as history has shown, some of the first bills to go unpaid are home improvement and home maintenance. However, the last bills to go unpaid are home protection/home security as more homeowners are looking for ways to keep their families safe! Combine those statistics with the looming inevitable spike in property crime and there is no better industry to be involved in right now than home security/home automation. (Take a look at the 2008 financial crash. The home security industry has its best season of all time!)

In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory, lead a team of reps, and share the benefits of being a WISE customer with homeowners. You will be an ambassador of WISE Home Solutions, becoming a TRUSTED face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy. We respect our customers and always put them first; we do not tolerate scare-tactics, coercion, or lying to close sales.

We will also encourage sales blitz-type trips with your team. We will be willing to help with the resources needed to travel and provide the needed support for selling. There are a lot of reps needing a place to sell right now and we have a great place for them.

The Position:

You will lead a team of 15-20 door-to-door sales representatives.

**Must pass a criminal background check to be able to sell Home Security and Automation.

Must have 1 year of door-to-door sales management experience.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00+ per year
