WISE HOME IS PARTNERING WITH THE ROAD HOME

Wise Home Solutions is thrilled to be partnering with and donating a portion of every new account to The Road Home in Salt Lake City, UT. The Road Home is a non-profit social services agency that helps those experiencing homelessness along the Wasatch Front. They offer a wide variety of services and assistance to help those in need. The mission of The Road Home is simple: To help people step out of homelessness and back into our community.

WHAT IS THE ROAD HOME?

EMERGENCY SHELTER
The Road Home houses men, women, and families in need of emergency shelter. This includes the Salt Lake Community Shelter and the Midvale Center.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
Another service provided is the Client Engagement Team. This team assists those who are low-income and homeless. The team helps by finding training and supplies needed to re-enter the workforce. This also includes tools to remain employed, obtain housing, and more.
CASE MANAGEMENT
The Case Management team works to help each person who enters The Road Home. They help by identifying and overcoming the barriers that is causing their homelessness. Case managers connect clients to the community, then help them leave the shelter and succeed in the community.
HOUSING
The Road Home believes in housing to end homelessness. Through various housing programs, such as Rapid Rehousing, and case management support, individuals can overcome homelessness.
